The employees of CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC., are especially qualified in the fields of Municipal / Consulting Engineering, i.e., Waterline facilities, water distribution systems (culinary water and pressure/gravity irrigation water), storm water systems design, subdivision review and site plan review, sanitary sewer facilities, residential street widening and re-construction, trails, parking lots, planning and development, master plan designs and environmental studies, park and recreation facilities, structural engineering, others.

CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, is a recently established Consulting Engineering Firm with a great deal of experience and an invaluable perspective. The Engineering firm of CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC., was organized under the laws of the State of Utah and established in February 2004.
